Refunds/ Returns based on damaged and/ or faulty goods.

If your product is damaged or faulty then you will need to take photo’s or a video of the damaged or faulty product ensuring evidence is adequately captured in your photos or video and send it to:

Once we have assessed the product for the damage or fault we will offer you a refund, store credit, or re-send a new product out to you depending on what you would like us to do for you. We sincerely apologise in advance for the inconvenience this has caused you.


If your product is under warranty and the fault and/or defect complies with the terms of the warranty then you will ordinarily be entitled to the remedies stated within the terms of that warranty. A return/ refund under warranty needs to be investigated by the manufacturer before a return/ refund can be issued. Cost of the return is borne by the manufacturer when it is deemed that the manufacturer was at fault. However, if the consumer was at fault then the manufacturer reserves the right to recover costs from the consumer. You as the consumer have the right to a repair, refund, or replacement if it is deemed that the manufacturer is at fault.

Please email us on [email protected] with evidence of the fault/ defect via photo’s or video capturing sufficient evidence of the products fault/ defects. We will then start our investigation and try to provide your with a resolution as soon as possible. We sincerely apologise in advance for the inconvenience this has caused you.


If you decide to cancel your order for whatever reason, we will impose a $5.00 cancellation fee. However, there will be times when we will not cancel the order, such as in the event that the order has already been shipped.
